Geneva, Switzerland

Geneva... This place captivated my heart just when I got down from the aircraft.
It is really beautiful with view of mountains..
It's a shame that it was only a short stay.
But, lucky me, despite the short stay, I was able to visit the town!

Checked in to Starling Hotel. Amazing hotel!
Free wifi in the room provided! :D

Part of the lobby.

Cam-whored while waiting for my crew mates.

Cool meadow at the back of the hotel!

At the bus stop to town!

In the bus to town!

And here we are at town!! Amazing view huh?!

I'll be a fool not to snap pictures!!!

We walked continuously while admiring the well maintained buildings.

The bus track.

The sun was shining glaringly!!

With Maria.

Up up here we go to check out the old city.

Audrey Hepburn..

It's actually a salon. I have no idea why they put a sad smiley. Hehe.

Cool door!

Beer is cheaper than water. But still, the living cost here is expensive.

Great pasta, I spent CHF 40 for this dinner!
That's approximately RM 120!!

LOL at the kid photobombing this picture!

Chu chu train!

Felt like a kid again while indulging cotton candy!

Oh, how I missed Geneva!!

Frankfurt, Germany

Day 01

When I finally reached the hotel, I immediately stripped off my make up, took my shower and head out to check out the city with Angel! I was just so freaking excited to be there!!

View from the lobby near to my room. We were staying at Maritim Hotel.

I call this the Hammer Man Statue. Spotted along the way when we walked to downtown.

With my fellow crew mate, Angel. She's such a sweetie. I actually flew with her before for my very first flight to Bangkok. :)

Naked Lady Fountain. LOL.

The famous Euro Sign!!

We were walking continuously and eventually reached River Main.

Spotted this majestic church, Saint Bartholomeus' Church (Dom) from the Iron Bridge (Eiserner Steg).

Me on the Eiserner Steg!!

Spotted a lot of padlocks locked at the bridge.

Lover Padlocks.. How sweet..

It was a sunny sunny day!!

Romer Square in Frankfurt am Main.

Peace!!

:D

And we are getting closer to the church!!

And closer..

Here we are!! The inside of the church was amazing. But due to respect, I did not snap any pictures inside.

Some ice cream for the sunny day!! Super yummy.

Headed back to the hotel by the train as we were too tired to walk. Got some FRESH strawberries at the train station and I enjoyed them in my hotel room!

Day 02

Was earlier told by another crew that the hotel provide bicycle for us to cycle around with no charge incur.
I was dubious but plucked up the courage to ask the receptionist and turned out that it's true!!
And so I happily went cycling around Frankfurt city!!
Fun but nerve wrecking at the same time!
I was basically cycling on the road!! :D

Some pictures I snapped during my exploration of the city by bicycle!

Went back to the hotel after an hour plus later to get ready for:-

The zoo!!
Some of the animals in the zoo..

Cam-whoring with a forever alone baboon.

Proceed to Zeil Street for some shopping!!
And lunch / dinner!

Apple pur... Refreshing!! It's apple wine by the way..

Wiener Rahmschnitzel. Damn GOOD!

Will be blogging about Geneva in my next post! Woots! :D

So far so good!

There are so much in my mind, I don't know which to blog about.
That's the consequences for not blogging for the past two months.
Maybe I'll just break them to points, will be easier for me to blog. TEEHEE!

Flying officially as a cabin crew
Wow! What an experiences. So far I did pretty well! Did some mistakes but that was just normal for newbies right? Every flight I will meet with different batch of crew. Some of them were great, some of them were not. But isn't this exciting?? It is for me. :D

Love Life
Did see someone here that I like(d). To be honest, since I met him, I feel more confident about myself. He is charming, good at giving advice and really professional at work.
Don't think it will work out as we are both flying. Both of our roster seems to clash pretty badly.
On the side note, I think that he is a player as he hasn't proving anything to me yet.
There are some incidents and his action towards me made me doubt about him.
Too much to mention the whole story here. LOL.
Conclusion is, I've been trying to get him out my mind but clearly I am not doing well at that.
I still think of him a lot and I actually miss him when I don't get to see him.
I just wonder if he ever felt like how I felt.
Oh well!
Guess time will tell if he is there to stay or just fooling around.
Or maybe it is already crystal clear that he is just fooling around but I chose to still dwell that maybe he is here to stay.
Hmmm.. Dilemma. He is really unpredictable.

First year spending Ramadan in Kuwait
OMG. I got a little culture shocked on the first day of Ramadan here!!
The malls will be closed at certain time and the restaurants will not be opened till ifthar (break fast time)!!
Yesterday, I went to a mall with my roomie during ifthar. We ended got locked out of that mall, having to suffer the summer heat!!
Guess we have to endure this for a month!! D:

Alrighty, guess I should share some pictures here!

Got a chance to fly to Bangkok for my safety clearance!
I love Naraya!! :D

Was at Paris but do not have enough time to at least visit the Eiffel Tower due to really short night stop.
Oh well, at least I got to visit this train station nearby the airport hotel. LOL.

Was pulled from airport standby for London flight earlier this month, a day after I came back from London!
Beautiful weather, huh?!
Met this lovely crew, Asma. Went to the 24-hour supermarket with her and another crew!

I guess that's all for now!
Until the next time I blog!
Hopefully soon!! XD

Updates Here and There

Woh! Dead blog for about 2 months ++?
Hehe.. Don't blame me.. I was quite caught up with training courses for these past few months.
But guess what? I'm done! Training courses finito!

After safety and service clearance, voila, I am fit to fly~!
Sounds easy right?
Not at all.. I am actually quite nervous to fly as a stewardess for the first time!
Haha!

Oh well, here are some pictures taken when visiting the beach nearby the place I stay.

I guess that's all for this post?
Haha! I will try to blog more interesting stuff in the future.. :p

1st Post From Kuwait!

Kuwait. A country with the highest currency in the world.
I used up RM 1250 to convert only KD 100!

My first transaction with Kuwait Dinar was rather confusing as they even have 1/2 Dinar and 1/4 Dinar.

Living expenses will be quite cheap if you don't always eat out.
But I have to say that stationary here is bloody expensive.
Bought a notebook at KD1.550 (approximately RM 17.00)!!

Enough of the currency talk.

Just some home cook food by me! :D

Taken this by the balcony window in the morning!

Hehe!

Waiting for our cab to take us to....

The Avenues! I love this mall!

Meatballs Lunch at Ikea @ The Avenues!

That's all for this post!
Will update more soon!
