Time flies.. I left only less than 48 hours here in KL.

Been hesitating to pack caused to be honest, I am kinda reluctant to leave my family and friends behind.

I keep telling myself that this is what I've wanted all along.

I have earned a pair of wings to fly on my own now.

No more turning back!!

The future is still a lil dark ahead as I am not sure whether I will be based in Kuwait, or here in KL.

Whatever it is, I will do my best! :)

However, I have listened to a lot of negativity of being a cabin crew.

I'll be lying if they don't bother me. They do.

In fact, I am afraid that I will be transformed to a different person.

I will keep praying to God to guide me throughout this journey.

I need to stay true to myself..

I need to prove to myself and to my family that I am capable of doing things on my own.

I shall push away all the worries, stop over thinking and strive to success! Amen! :)

Learn to BELIEVE in myself.
(Believing more in myself now.. Resolution considered achieved! :P )

Learn to gain confidence in myself to decrease my low self esteem.

(I think I am more confident in what I am capable of now.. :) )

Learn to think positive!!

(Been quite positive in 2011!)

To decide what I really wanna be, what I really want in life.

(Been thinking a lot and I finally got to do what I really wanna do all along in 2012! Wish me luck!)

Get a driving license!!

(GOT IT!)

Get a better paid job which I WILL enjoy working.

(Lucky to change job with better pay and got an amazing boss! Praise the Lord!)

Save MORE money and LESS shopping!

(FAILED in saving but I did less shopping.. Still unable to save! :( )

Excel in my Japanese language course.

(ACHIEVED!)

Learn to cook and eat healthy.

(FAILED!)

To travel to Japan again end of this year!

(FAILED!)

I know it's already mid-January, but here's my 2012's resolutions:-

1. Stay true to myself when I am abroad.

2. Learn to cook and eat healthy! I shall try to achieve it this year!

3. Take really good care of my oral hygiene as I have braces on now.

4. Do the best in my new career!

2 More Days..

Things seems sorted out.
In two more days, I will be fixing In-ovation C Braces instead of Damon Clear.
Got reassured that it's okay to fly though the metal wire is visible.
That cleared my heart..

But somehow, I am still very emotional.
I know braces is good for me.
I will look better with straighter teeth.
I can fulfill my dream as a cabin crew.

Here I am, munching my Lays' Potato Chips while crying.
This might be the last packet of Lays' before I get my braces.
I guess I was too overwhelm.
I need to cut down all these snacks after I got my braces.

Living my life all this while with my imperfect teeth, I am alright with it.
It made me who I am.
I will definitely miss seeing myself with my imperfect teeth now.
I keep facing the mirror for the pass few weeks, looking at my imperfect teeth, and it saddens me that soon this part of me, will disappear.

I wanna be myself, by changing my imperfections, I felt that I am not myself anymore.
I am silly right?

Besides my teeth condition, I am also sad that I will be going to Kuwait, leaving my family and friends here.
No matter how I hated Malaysia, it is still my home after all.
Will my close friendship with my buddies here changed when I am away?

I guess, I am thinking way too much.

Complications

I got what I wanted all along, which is being a cabin crew.
The thing is, I need to fix my teeth.
Just consulted the orthodontist today, and he suggested me to do Damon Clear Braces.
The 4/6 top front teeth brackets will be clear but the bottom will be all metals.
I will be fixing my top braces this coming Friday.

I am afraid the bottom braces will affect my future job.
What if I got kicked out during the training caused of the obviousness of my bottom metal braces?

I will end up jobless and debts need to be paid!

Should I take the risk? Or should I opt for ceramic braces, which the orthodontist did not recommend?
I am still unsure for if the brackets of Damon Clear braces for bottom front teeth can be clear ones like the top.

Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.................. :(

Oh, another bittersweet news is about David Archuleta.
Teared up when I watch his video announcement telling that he will put a stop in music for two years and go for mission.

He is really inspiring. Not many people can give up what they are doing just to go for missions. I hope everything will go well for him. :')

Far*East Movement.. I only knew their two hit songs, Like A G6 and Rocketeer.
News about them to our shores were everywhere and my friend, Charlene, is quite a huge fan of them.
I am quite keen to go for their concert, but was not willing to pay for the tickets since I only know two of their songs!!

Woh.. My blog was abandoned for such a long time!
No inspiration to blog ~~(Not to mention, lazy too)~~

Life's been good.. :)
Found a job which I sort of enjoyed working now.
It has been almost 5 months since I started and I can say, so far so good, praise the Lord!

My driving has been improving too.
I practiced driving as much as I can, and practice really makes perfect..
But there is still a lot of rooms for improvement!
I shall try my best! :D

By the way, I just did my Japanese test today..
It was quite tough, especially the oral test..
Hopefully I can manage to at least pass the test and proceed to the next level..

Hmmm.. Year of 2011 only almost 2 months left, so far, I have achieved some of my resolutions.. :D

CLUMSY ME

I am always very clumsy.
I don't know why.
I am very prone of spilling drinks, breaking things and knocking things, no matter how much attention I paid in doing something..
I just don't get it..

When I walk, my parts of my body will knock on something.
When I am holding a drink, I will spill the drink.
When I eat, I always stained my top..
I once broke something in a souvenir shop, too.

When it comes to driving, I knocked into a car and caused the bumper to be dented.
The other day, I knocked into a pole.
And this afternoon, I slightly knocked into a car and caused some minor scratches..
What's next? :(

I felt like crap today.
In the morning I felt that I achieved something, but at night, I felt that I actually failed.
Some accident happened due to my carelessness, I have no one to blame but myself.
And I have to pay for it..
If I tell everyone what happened, I'll probably be the laughing stock of the universe..
Guess there are some things that not meant to do by me..

At the same time, I am also upset due to my over sensitivity.. I am to be blamed for that too..
Sigh.
I don't know what to say anymore.. I just feel really crappy and felt like digging a hole to hide myself from the world..
I really felt like shutting myself from the world..
Really want to just hide under my cover, sleep and just keep sleeping..

Will tomorrow be a better day for me?

He saw me smiling all the way and said, "You look happy to see him! Everyone here seems happy to see him!"
I said, "Of course! We love him! *showed him my banner*
Then, we had a short conversation.. I forgot what we exactly talked (David on stage is distracting my mind).
Before I stepped up to meet his son, I shook Jeff's hand.

I can't stop smiling at this moment!
All I can say to him is, 'Hi, David!'
And showed him this banner.. XD
He was all smiling with his twinkling eyes.

Then, suddenly the side photographer asked me to turn around for a photo!
When the photographer was snapping this picture, I heard David said, "Urm.. Okay.. That's weird.."
I guessed he was confused whether to pose for the photo with me or to continue signing.. LOL..
But the picture turned out this way, he was looking (and smiling) at ME instead of the camera.

David Archuleta back to Malaysia have finally been answered! He will be back in Kuala Lumpur for a full concert, organized by Sony Music Entertainment Malaysia, on Tuesday, 26th of July 2011, 8pm at Stadium Negara!

Ticket pricing is at RM300 for VIP, RM230 and RM190 for numbered seating, and RM150 and RM90 for free seating (All prices shown excludes RM3 ticket handling fees). The concert ticket will go on sale 20th of June onwards. Tickets are made available through Ticket Charge (www.ticketcharge.com.my) and AirAsia RedTix outlets (www.AirAsiaRedTix.com).

The Managing Director of Sony Music Entertainment Malaysia, Adrian Lim mentioned that, “This will be David’s first ever concert in Malaysia and is also the first time that Sony Music as the music label is doubling up as the organizer for the concert… being in both of these roles gives us more flexibility in giving the fans more accessibility to him. We will have more activities than just a normal concert”.

What A Day!!

Wow..

At last!

I did it!

I watched a movie in the cinema ALONE at GSC Pavilion!

Co-incidentally, U-KISS was at Pavilion for a showcase.

Not really a big fan but I am curious how they looked like, so I went to check them out from the side..

They are really good looking in person..

Lucky fans were picked to get on the stage!

I used mobile twitter to tweet about seeing U-KISS, but I came across Jane's tweet about her managed to get somewhere on time!

I texted her to ask if she is at U-KISS showcase, and turned out that she was, and she had an extra tickets to the sitting area!

Jang Geun Suk The CRI Show

Was contemplating whether to go for his show since I know that he will be coming..

Ironically, I just watched his latest drama, Marry Me, Mary which got me hooked!

And he was freaking charming in that drama!!

When I saw the ticket prices, I almost fainted!

It's kinda expensive and I am on a tight budget.

At first, I tried to win the tickets but I am not lucky enough to win!

So, I gave up and decided not to go.

Until, the very week that the show is happening, I felt so tempted to go!

I checked out Rhythm Land (the organizer of his show) facebook page and saw other people selling the tickets at cheaper price.

So, I got my GOLD ticket at only RM 150 (Original price: RM 391)!!

I only got to snap this picture before the show started!

The staffs did not allow us to snap ANY pictures.

Even when I fished out my mobile to text Jane also got told off!!

Anyways, as the lights were dimmed, there's a section in front which is not filled, so, I asked the one of the staffs if I can go in front, and she allowed!

I went upfront till the VIP area! HAHA!

So much nearer to the stage!

His show was F***ing awesome!!

It had 2 parts, Part 1 was about his famous characters he played before, Hwang Tae Kyung and Kang Mu Gyul..

He sang the songs from the dramas and yes, he can sing..

Part 2 was like a rave party!!

He teamed up with another guy whom I don't get his name and they were deejaying all the way..

Techno-ish songs were blasted and everyone was having fun!

And this show also covered an interview.

Through this interview, I got to know more about JGS.

Like, why the show is called The CRI Show..

And he said, " CRI is from the word CRItical, and I would love to give a CRItical show to all of the fans here."

He is such an entertainer. He is cheeky and cute!

Yes, I went to his show alone looking like that.. XD

Last minute "Photo shoot" for the company's brochure..

Was at first assigned to wear this cheongsam.

End up couldn't fit into this cheongsam perfectly as my ass is too huge!

My colleagues said that I looked like a waitress for chinese banquet in this picture!!

Went to Dataran Merdaeka for the "photo shoot".

Pictures were not taken by professional photographer nor professional camera like DSLR.

And we didn't even put any make up on!! Not that I am complaining..

The people in the vehicles passing by must be wondering what were we doing.. XD

People will take you for granted when you are being too nice.
Sometimes being a bitch is better than being nice.
This is a form of protection from being taken for granted from people who doesn't appreciate you.

It happened to me so many times.
People stepped on my head cuz I am always soft hearted.
I am not saying that I am as nice as an angel.
I guessed I always say Yes to please others while in my heart I wanna say No.

But you know what?
Enough is enough..
It's time for me to be cruel.
I will say no when I meant no and yes when I meant yes.
If I keep being like how am I now, I will ended up getting fooled.
And people will think that I am an easy target.

I won't let people used me anymore.
It's time for me stick up for myself..

I take friendship very seriously.
Friends meant the whole world to me.
That's why I will try to do anything I could for friends.
I will stick up to my friends who got my back.

Those of you fakers who only take advantage of me, please stop what you are doing.
I am very fragile.
I got hurt easily and things like this will disappoint me, make me sad and upset.
I suggest you to leave me alone if you have in mind to take advantage of me.

Driving Lesson Part II

Learning to drive is horrifying.
Especially when you get an impatient instructor.
Yesterday's lesson sucked as I can't communicate with my instructor well.
Thinking that it was my first time driving and had no idea how to drive at all, I gave my instructor another chance.

But it turned out that today's lesson is even worse than yesterday's!!
I tried to do the best I could but the problem is, I can't even control my steering well.
And my instructor was expecting me to know how to control the steering??

Can you imagine?
While I was driving, he can even shut his eyes??
It's as if, he was so tired or he thinks that I am too dumb to drive to the extent that he no-eye-see me drive.

When I almost hit a tree, he asked me where was I looking when I drive.
Then I told him that I was looking at the front.
His replied? "If you are looking at the front, you won't almost hit the tree."
Like hello?? I am still learning and I can't control my steering well???

I got furious and fought him back.
I told him directly that it's like my second time driving and I don't know how to control the steering!

I guess he got threaten when I said that.
So, he asked me to stop the car and relax for a while.
Later he asked me to drive forward then reverse and remain his silence.
I did that repeatedly without knowing what's the purpose of doing that.

So, the lesson ended.
I have asked advise my mum and friends if I should change this problematic instructor and they asked me to do so.
Hence, I called up the driving school to ask them to get me another instructor.

Guess what? Before I could complain about him, he actually asked the driving school to get me another instructor instead!
Well, I just hope my future instructor will teach me well.
If the same thing happens again, I guess I AM the one who is causing all the difficulties in the lesson!

P/S: Wish me luck.. I need them.. Cuz I think I am going to fail my driving test!! T__T

My First Driving Lesson

OMG!
It's more difficult than I thought!
And my instructor is such an impatient person!!

I felt so stupid throughout the whole lesson!!
I was blur, I panicked and I can't coordinate myself!!

Not only that, now I realized that my Cantonese actually SUCKS!
I can't really get what my instructor was teaching as I can't fully understand what he said..

When the lesson ended, he asked where was my mind when I was learning.

Time passes so fast..
My memorable day passed 2 years ago on this very date in a blink of an eye..
2 years seems like a long time, but I hold on to the memories as if it happened just yesterday..

Met up with Zoe for the first time at the AAM gathering before David's showcase.

All I can say is WOW!
Their unity to defend their favorite band is beyond the world..
I was really impressed!!

First off, I didn't even dissed their favorite band.. All I did was just post this on Universal Music Malaysia.

Okay la.. It was my mistake to link The Wanted like this, and lead to offending the fans..
But seriously, it was never my intention to dissed the band..
I was just frustrated that McFly haven't step a foot in Malaysia but The Wanted did..
The Wanted is from UK, so do McFly..
So what I truly meant from the above comment was how I felt..
I am not comparing them..
I did not said that they do not deserve to come here..
All of these are just your ACCUSATION!!

And I replied what you guys commented is because I wanna stand to my point..

Last Friday's massive earthquake followed by tsunami which took place in Sendai, Japan was really devastating.

People lost their loved ones and homes, cities were destructed and not forgetting the emission of harmful radiation around the nuclear power plant at Fukushima.

Somehow, people like Ryan made an effort to raise funds to donate for this Japan's disaster.

Why the heck is Vanessa Hudgens cast into this movie with Alex Pettyfer?

I have to admit she looked amazingly stunning in this movie, but she definitely can't act!
It seems to me that she was just reading her script, not acting..

Was tempted to dye my hair for quite some time and been considering for a loooooong time..
Well, I haven't did anything to my hair before..
No coloring, no straightening, no perming, no nothing..
I call my hair "Virgin Hair".
A bit sayang la wanna dye..
But sometimes, people must need some changes right?
Even Jane also dyed her hair!!
Peer pressure ma..
I also must dye!! XD

Finally, I made an appointment with my hair stylist, Nicholas at Toyako Salon, Fahrenheit 88..
Do look for him if you need a hair cut.. He is GREAT!
Hair wash + cut + blow by him (stylist) at RM 69.00. All products used were by Redken..

Nicholas cut my hair way back in early January and I think he did a great job.
So, as I was flipping through the Cleo magazine (February issue) earlier February, I saw Toyako being featured in it!!
Not only that, there was a cut out coupon for me to redeem 30% discount on hair coloring!!
Hair Coloring at RM 138.00 for short hair like mine (RM 96.60 after discount)..
There's this girl who actually recommended me to take the treatment at additional RM 170.00!!
I am poor, so, I dye my hair without treatment!! T__T

After my hair was trimmed by Nicholas, it's time for the chemicals on my hair..

This lady assist him to put the chemicals on my hair..

Looked ugly right??

The end results!! Nicholas is a genius!!
I showed him what I color I felt like dyeing and he was quite precise..

Ame was so nice & patient, was beside me during the whole process.. Not forgetting to thank her for the pictures too.. THANK YOU AME!! :D

P/S: Thank God my hair still feels the same when I touch them.. I heard so many myths about dyeing hair will caused the hair to be less smooth!! And I dyed my hair without treatment!! Phew~~

I went to Singapore to celebrate Chinese New Year.
Yet, I didn't really update anything here!!

But all I can say is, I am going through 'that phase' again..
You know, the phase where I think too much..
My mind is clustered and that's probably why I can't write out what I really wanna expressed.

There are so many questions I am trying to figure out myself..
What is life about?
What I really wanna be in the future? What am I supposed to do?
Should I change my job? How to save money? How to EARN more?

I really over think too much.. Can't help it..

Last Saturday Morning...

Woke up super early to get to my ex-colleague, Amanda's house.

It was her wedding and I was appointed as one of her "ji mui" (bridesmaids).

The Circle of Ji Mui's..

So, we were all set to trashed the "Heng Dai" (best men) team!!
This was part of what awaited them..

And... Me... Just kidding.. I mean the balloons! XD

Here comes the bridegroom and heng dai's..

He had to overcome us to get in to see Amanda.. That's the trick!! :D

Gates were opened.. And it's time to pick their numbers!!

All of them were very co-operative to passed the 1st round!!
Here came the 2nd round..

Only 2 representatives needed..

They need to dipped their bare feet into the icy cold bucket of water which contains mahjong tiles.
The rules was to pressed between their toes the mahjong tiles out from the bucket to form the "13 yu" (The best tiles arrangement in mahjong? I am not sure myself!!I don't know how to play mahjong).

HAHAHAHHA... Look at their concentration!! XD

So the remaining heng dai's need to jump on them back and forth to burst the balloons!!!

So, it's time for the groom to get into the house.
But, he must first recite a vow!!

It was all in Chinese so I don't quite understand!!

The grill door was opened for their entrance..
Now, the groom had to read another vow and to actually signed it!!

Day 6: Tokyo Disneyland

DAY 06

Not much pictures were taken that day..
I was sick!!
BOO!!
I felt so weak and COLD!!
And the wind was blowing like mad!!

Was boarding the steam train at Westernland..

It's like a dream to see this castle.
I've always wanted to see it since I was a little girl..

Overall, I think Disneyland was kinda boring..
I preferred USJ.
Hmmm.. Maybe I am too old for this theme park?
I did think one of the ride was stupid..
The It's A Small World boat ride..
I do think it's the most annoying ride EVER!!
The whole entire ride (about 10 minutes), you can hear the It's A Small World song repeated over and over again, and all you can see are those dolls dancing.. =__=

Oh well.. I did had fun..
If I have a chance to go to Japan again, this time for vacation, I would wanna go to Disneysea instead. :)

Oh man.. I miss being at Japan!!

No More Being TOO Nice

If I don't blog about this, I am not Dora Yeow.
So, when David Archuleta's The Other Side of Down album was out, AAM organized the album pre-order.
Knowing that I am a huge fan of David, I updated my status on Facebook stating that I pre-ordered the album from AAM.
That status sparked an interest from this boy that I met before during DA's showcase last 2 years, M.
M stayed in KL but he was working part time at Penang.
He is also a huge fan of DA and wanted to pre-order the album too.

Since he was busy working and do not have time to pre-order the album, he text and asked me to help him out.

Okay. I was being too naive and nice and decided to help him out.
I ordered one more album for him and even paid for it first.

When I got the album,I contacted him, asking when I can pass the album to him.
And he said he is still in Penang and when he come back to KL, he will let me know.

Days passed and he never did let me know when he is free.
After two weeks, I contacted him again.
He then told me that he was busy enrolling for college and will plan a meet up with me soon to get the album.

And so I waited. He never contacted me again.
So, I left a message on his Facebook wall.

Another excuse..
He seems to be busy, but whenever I am on Facebook, his status will be on my newsfeed stating that he will go here & there.
But I was patient enough to just wait.

Until I saw his status stating that he'll be working at KLCC posted last night.

Forgot? You were desperate to pre-order the album and you forgot??
After my last comment, he wrote on my wall asking who I am going to find him with.
Then I told him I will drop by and pass the album before my Japanese class in the morning.
Guess what?
He said he might not have to time to come out look for me cuz he is working.. :S

Seeing that post, I was furious and deleted it before I could think of print screen it.
He was still online, I buzzed him on Facebook.
I asked him if he still wants the album so that I can know what to do with it.
And he just went offline without replying!!
I had enough of his shits and I replied as below:-

Now he said he "really" want the album and wanted to meet up to get it.
I was lazy to hear his shits again and said I have given it away!

And he told his mum about this incident?
Well, he deleted what I replied after this comment.
But I said this to him..

New Year 2011 Resolutions

Wanted to blog about my last night at Japan but, my connection at home forbids me to do so.
I used up my 10gb quota and Digi has not reset my connection.
I am now surfing the net with the speed not over 128kbps!
Imagine uploading the photos, it will take a very long time.

I know it's a little late to blog about New Year Resolutions since it's already the 5th day of 2011, but I think it's better late than never? XD
Apparently, New Year Resolutions are supposed to be something personal, for you to keep for yourself, but I wanna make them public to make sure I will remember what I have set and try to achieve them!
To be frank, this will the first time for the first year I set resolutions.

So, here goes the Top 10 Resolutions..

Learn to BELIEVE in myself.
Learn to gain confidence in myself to decrease ~~increase~~ my low self esteem.
Learn to think positive!!
To decide what I really wanna be, what I really want in life.
Get a driving license!!
Get a better paid job which I WILL enjoy working.
Save MORE money and LESS shopping!
Excel in my Japanese language course.
Learn to cook and eat healthy.
To travel to Japan again end of this year!

Hopefully I can achieved something from the list of resolutions above by end of this year!!

Day 05

Got ready earlier this morning.

Went to walk around the garden at the hotel.
It was so cold and foggy that morning.
Despite the chill, I spent some time cam-whoring!

My eye bags.. =.="

The color of red autumn leaves were SCREAMING at me! So pretty!

After lunch, we proceeded to Ginza.
Nothing much there but just a street filled with high end brands.
So no photo.
Later in the evening, depart to Shinjuku for dinner.

Checked into Metropolitan Hotel earlier today and I managed to meet this mystery person.
This person brought me to Harajuku and we chilled at Starbucks! :D

Dreams do come true.. :)

Day 4: Nagoya / Mt. Fuji / Lake Kawaguchi

DAY 04

Started off today early as we will be departing to visit the symbol of Japan, Mt. Fuji.
It takes about 4 hours to Mt. Fuji by coach.
Along the way, we en-route for a short bullet train experience from Kakegawa Station to Shizuoka Station.

There are 3 types of bullet train in Japan, Nozomi, Hikari & Kodama.
The bullet train we were boarding was Kodama, the slowest among the 3 as it stops at every station.

Here we were at Shizuoka Station!
Hopped back into our coach and continued journey to Mt. Fuji.

We were lucky that day as we can viewed Mt. Fuji from far distance due to the clear weather!

We were getting nearer to the Queen!!

Before proceeding to the 5th Station, we stopped by for lunch at Lake Kawaguchi.

Off we go to the 5th Station!

Here we were!

The icy summit of Mt. Fuji.

The building here is where you can get some souvenirs and enjoy a cup of piping hot coffee at the cafe.

Really breathtaking panoramic view.

Frozen snow.

Off to Oshino Hakkai next.

Nothing much to here. But you can snapped nice shot of Mt. Fuji from here.

Called it a day and off to check in to the onsen resort, Fuji View Hotel.

Changed into yukata and proceeded to the dinner venue.

My dinner!!

After dinner, went back to the room and was contemplating if I should try the onsen.
Fyi, for onsen, which is PUBLIC, you need to be completely naked to dip into the hotspring!!
I was so freaking shy!
I don't feel like exposing myself in the public..
After an hour of deep thoughts, in the end I just plucked up the courage to go!

I went to the hotspring area nervously.
And guess what?
No one was there that time.
Basically the whole hotspring area was conquered by me!
Whee~~
No one saw me naked!! :D
I am glad that I tried the onsen..
Felt so freaking good dipping into the onsen..

Day 3: Universal Studios Japan

DAY 3

What an exciting day today.

Cam-whore a lil before leaving the room. XD

The hotel I stayed (Keihan Hotel as mentioned in the previous post) was only less than 5 minutes walk away from:-

Universal Studios Japan opened at 10 a.m.
So, we were queuing to get in at the opening time.

Look at the queue..
These people basically ran into the park when the doors were opened..

We were inside!! Whee~~

I love it when it's Christmas and you can see nicely decorated Christmas tree everywhere..

Even shops were decorated with Christmas deco..

I went to most of the attractions but due to time restriction, I didn't get the chance to go to Water World, Jurassic Park Ride, Jaws..
Oh man.. I will definitely come back for all these!! Zettai!

I was lucky enough not to miss the Happy Snow Parade, though!!

I swear I felt like a kid when I saw this parade.. HAHA..

I told myself, I must have a picture taken in front of the GLOBE.. And voila.. Here it is.. :)

FYI, Hard Rock Cafe Osaka is located near USJ (Walking distance)..

Reluctantly left USJ too early and embark on a 4-hour coach transfer to Nagoya for overnight.
Hotel stayed: Nagoya Castle Plaza Hotel
The room here is a lot smaller than Keihan's.

From KL to Narita to Osaka

DAY 1
Board on an overnight flight to Narita by Japan Airlines.
It was about 6 1/2 hour journey to Narita.
Slept all the way..
And a creepy person was sitting next to me..LOL.

DAY 2
Touched down at Narita Airport earlier than the ETA.
Then, transferred to Haneda Airport for the domestic flight to Itami (Osaka).
The journey took about 1 1/2 hour due to the heavy traffic.
Note for future travelers to Japan, if you have a connecting flight at Haneda Airport, make sure you book the connecting flight 3-4 hours after you arrived Narita to avoid missing the flight.

The chawamushi is SUPERB!

At the boarding gate of Haneda Airport.

It was a forty five minute flight to Itami.
We were then off to our first sightseeing tour at Kyoto.
It takes about 1 1/2 hour from Itami Airport to Kyoto.

Passing by beautiful trees along the way..

First stop, at Kiyomizu Temple.

This place was jam packed with humans when we visited there.
Co-incidentally, there's a school field trip going on.
SO MANY STUDENTS WERE THERE.
We were caught in a jam for almost an hour to get to this temple.
The road up to the temple is really narrow.

But, it was all worth it.
The view from this temple, was really, BREATHTAKING!

The fallen autumn leaves..Kirei desu ne. ~~Just in case you don't know, I was wearing a new pair of shoes I bought from Cotton On. Purposely bought this pair of shoes for this trip. Hehe..~~

We then rushed to Heian Shrine before the sky turned darker.

Oh, well..Nothing can be done about this.
So off to Osaka to:-

Doutonbori Street. This place is happening!

Next to this street is the famous Shinshaibashi Street!

End the day with check in into Keihan Hotel.
When I went into this hotel room, the first thing in my mind was, Wow,such a huge room for myself!
The room has a queen size bed and a single bed.
Really suitable for family of 4 to stay here.
Especially for the kids too.
Cuz the theme for the room deco is Woody the Woodpecker.

We mixed up the show time and ended up getting into the cinema late..

The movie, however, was, AWESOME!!

At Godric Hollow.. Only Harry & Hermione as Ron left..

This is surreal.
This morning I woke up feeling a little regret for not going to Paramore's concert.
I love them.
But the ticket cost more than RM 150 and no one will be accompanying me to the concert.
I ended up decided not to go.

Until this afternoon, Jane buzzed me on Gtalk saying that she got tickets for Paramore's concert!
Trust me, at that moment I feel like SOL!
So, we ended up at Bukit Jalil after work.
Then, collected the tickets.

And did I mentioned that we got the VIP tickets?

OMFG!

All GRINNING!
It's not near to the stage but it's definitely really comfy there.

And we got a bird's eye view of the stage..
I can see a 4cm Hayley running from left to right of the stage and the whole band strumming their instruments!!!

Hayley was really awesome.
She's so energetic throughout the show!!
Head banging, jumping up and down, running left to right of the stage..
She did it all.. Such a great showmanship!

This tweet cracks me up!

It was "The Only Exception" performance that time.. LOL..

P/S: The show started at 8.30p.m.
Paramore is the most punctual band EVER!
Because it started on time, it ended on time too!
Kudos to Paramore! :D

Today's date only happened ONCE..
How did I spend this special day?

Met up with Joanne at KL Sentral and we went to Mid Valley by KTM together.
I was surprised when Joanne showed me this:-

Nice.. No more cramming into the same coach with PERVERTS!!

When we reached Mid Valley, we went to Starbucks to pick up my David Archuleta's album!

Anyways, after getting my long awaiting album, me & Joanne went to Sushi Zanmai!
I've tried the one newly opened at Fahrenheit 88 and I LOVE IT..

The queue is freaking LONG! I remembered that at Fahrenheit 88 the line was not as crazy as this!

After lunch, we went to the Career Fair..
Hmm..
Career makes me depressed..
I still have no idea what I really wanna do!

So fast forward to after job hunting at the fair, we then headed to Timesquare for haircut!
Joanne brought me to Kimarie.
I didn't wanna cut my hair there at first as I wanted my hairstylist at Michael & Guys to do that..
So I called to check if he was there just now and apparently, he resigned.. =.=
You have no idea how devastated I was! :(

So, I just cut my hair at Kimarie.. :S
And Jane later joined us and had her hair trimmed there too..
Turned out great and cost only RM 25 (Wash & Cut).
Woot!
And a cute guy cut my hair! HAHAHHA..

BUT, the most embarrassing thing happened to me, when he was blow drying my hair, he suddenly stopped and told me that one of my pimples on my forehead BURST!!
IT WAS BLEEDING! :(
HOW EMBARRASSING WAS THAT?!!

Me and Jane (Joanne left earlier after her hair cut was done) then went to have dinner at Ireland's Potato!
I freaking love the food there!

I still remember when the first Ip Man was out, I was so reluctant to watch it when my sis bought the tickets without first telling me what movie we were going to watch..
I ended up LOVING that movie cuz Donnie Yen captured my heart with his cool action skills!!

He did it once again..
I love this movie..

He is damn yeng in this outfit!

He really has nice abs!!!!

GAH!

Woh!
Time passes so quickly that I have actually forgotten how long I've abandon my dead blog!
So what's new since I was away?

Nothing much but here are some of the updates.

Firstly, I went to my first ever Japanese class 3 weeks ago.
Enrolled for the part time course with Ame, Jane & Von , 2 hours once a week, every Saturday.
I've always looked forward for the Japanese Class cause I can see my babes and it made me reminisce about the good old days we spent together at high school!

Secondly, I chopped off my super long & heavy hair two weeks ago!
I was really afraid to do so and thanks to the support from my fellow friends, I finally braced myself and CHOPPED THEM OFF!
Guess what?
I'm glad and I feel like a brand new person with the new hairstyle now...
Really happy with the outcome!
Not to mention there are less hassles with my hair now! ^__^

Thirdly, I will be moving to another house soon.
It's kinda sad as I grew up and spent my entire childhood at this very house I am staying now.
Oh well.
At least I can start being tidy as my current room is always in such a mess! ~~If you watch this Japanese drama titled Nodame Cantabile, my current room is almost like Nodame's room, watch the drama and you will know what I mean!~~
Solemnly promise to keep my future room neat and tidy! :)

Last but not least, I've been using Digi Broadband for the past 4 months and there was no problem at all!
But problem came looking for me, as always.
I've been connected to the internet with a CRAPPY connection.
I'll keep disconnecting when I got connected.
When I try to reconnect, I have to redial for don't know how many thousand times.
When I got reconnected for like 30 seconds, I got disconnected AGAIN!
And the cycle start all over again.
It has been like this for ONE WHOLE WEEK!
I've called to complain several times.
Got advised by the network people but WITH NO FREAKING SOLUTION!
FML!
And at last they told me that my area is having some connection problems (Apparently the server center for my connection has been vandalized? And they are gradually repairing the damage? I don't know to believe them or not, but what else can I say?) ..
Sigh..
I don't how long this will last but I really hope it will END SOON!
It's really frustrating to have to connect to the internet by this type of stupid connection!

Would love to post at least some pictures to make this post less boring, but as I said, my connection is stupid nowadays.
By the time I uploaded the pictures, I 'll be old! >__<

MTV WORLD STAGE 2010

Just a lil update...

I was lucky enough to win extra tickets for my babes!
We rocked out together at this year's anticipated MTV World Stage, all SIX of us..
Such a rare opportunity for us all to watch a concert together!

Though it was raining on and off during the show, the long wait between the acts and the exhaustion of standing most of the time at the event, I really enjoyed it!
I actually had a BLAST!

Love the performances by Bunkface & Katy Perry.
Wonder Girls didn't impressed me that much, just saying~~ XP
But most importantly, the most EPIC performance was by Tokio Hotel!

Anyways, I do not have any pictures from the concert.
My phone battery died on me, so I couldn't snap a few pictures.
Even if my phone was fully charged, the pictures taken will be low quality images as I was not that near to the stage..
Maybe I will be posting up a few photos when I get them from Jane in my next post..

I am too tired to blog more... HAHA..
Slept at about 4 in the morning last night..
All I can say is, last night was really memorable..
One of the moments that I will never forget..

Heard this song before I watched The Sorcerer's Apprentice and at first, I just think it was 'so so' only.
But after I watched that movie, I am hooked with this song!
I used to skip this song when it was playing..
Not anymore..
I need to listen to it at least once a day now.. :)

Had a blast with the girls last weekend!
After a series of planning and postponing the trip, we finally made it!
And this time, all six of us went for the trip!
Nusha is back from UK for holidays and there's no H1N1 to stop Ame to joined this time!

Thanks to Jane I got myself an invitation for Eclipse Premier at GSC Pavilion!
The movie was not as disappointing as New Moon.
It was better even but the dialogues were really CHEESY!
It was okay when you read those beautiful words spoken by Edward to Bella on the book, but on screen it was really cheesy when Rob say it out loud to Kristen!
LOL..
Not forgetting how awkward I felt when I watched Ed & Bell making out with other people in the cinema ~~the stranger sitting beside me was a guy!~~

I woke up super early this morning to catch the premier of Despicable Me In Eye Popping Real 3D at Cineplex!

This movie got me googling the true meaning of DESPICABLE ~~I can't even pronounce the word properly!~~

Anyways, the movie was AWESOME thanks to the minions!
